Cancellation 

Reservations cancelled 28 days in advance of your arrival date will receive 75% of the accommodation cost refunded, however, if the accommodation is re-booked, the entire deposit will be refunded.  In the event of a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged, however, if the accommodation re-booked, the entire cost of the accommodation will be refunded.
