Cancellation
Reservations
cancelled 28 days in advance of your arrival date will receive
75% of the accommodation cost refunded, however, if the
accommodation is then re-booked, the entire deposit will be
refunded. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in
breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will
be charged, however, if the accommodation is then re-booked,
the entire cost of the accommodation will be refunded.
Deposit
Please
note that a 25 % deposit is due on the day of making your
reservation. The deposit is non-returnable in the event of a
cancellation unless the cancellation is immediate, i.e. within
a day. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days before the
day of your arrival.
